By downloading, installing, or using Goal Boss Notes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is operated by Goal Boss Research ("we", "our", "us").
Goal Boss Notes is a meeting notes application that allows you to:
You must sign in with your Apple ID to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Ownership: You retain ownership of all audio you record and the content generated from your recordings. We do not claim any ownership of your content.
License to us: By uploading audio, you grant us a limited license to process, transcribe, and analyze your audio solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
Shared content: When you create a share link, you authorize us to make the selected notes content available to anyone who has the link, until the link expires or you revoke it.
The notes, action items, summaries, and suggestions generated by the App are produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before acting on it or sharing it.
This is important: Laws about recording conversations vary by jurisdiction. Some places require all parties to consent to being recorded ("all-party consent"), while others only require one party's consent ("one-party consent").
Goal Boss Notes is a tool. We do not provide legal advice. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for any recordings you make in violation of applicable law.
Goal Boss Notes offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Boss) available through the Apple App Store.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goal Boss Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
