Open Goal Boss Notes and tap the Record button. Place your phone where it can hear the conversation clearly. Tap Stop when the meeting is over. Your audio uploads automatically and you'll receive a notification when your notes are ready.
Most recordings are processed in a few minutes. Longer recordings (over an hour) may take a bit more time. You'll receive a push notification as soon as your notes are ready.
You can record in-person meetings and speakerphone calls. For standard phone calls, put the call on speaker and have Goal Boss Notes recording nearby. Please ensure you comply with local recording consent laws.
Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Audio is processed on our private servers — not sent to third-party cloud AI services. Share links use cryptographically secure tokens and expire automatically.
Open any completed note and tap the Share button. You can choose what to include (full notes, action items only, or summary), set an expiration time, and optionally email the link directly to a recipient.
Yes. From the Share screen, you'll see all active links. Tap the X next to any link to revoke it immediately. The recipient will see an "expired" message if they try to access it.
Swipe left on any transcription in your list and tap Delete. This permanently removes the audio file, transcript, and all generated notes.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This permanently deletes your account and all associated data, including all recordings, transcriptions, notes, and share links. This action cannot be undone.
Goal Boss Notes currently supports English. Additional language support is planned for future updates.
The maximum upload size is 100 MB, which typically covers recordings of several hours. Very long recordings may take longer to process.
